What you’d do

Maintain, repair, and inspect building systems, handling tenant service requests like hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs. You’ll need

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2–3 years job-related experience or trade certification
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Engineering and trade licenses as required by local, state, or national rules
