What you’d do

Create floral arrangements to customer specifications, lead floral clerks, manage inventory and freshness, process floral orders, advise customers on floral care, and lead the department as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of similar or related work experience preferred
• Strong floral design skills and product knowledge
• Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
• Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades
