Supports Sports Finance Group bankers on origination, structuring and execution of corporate and investment banking transactions in professional sports, including term sheets, offering memoranda, presentations and investor marketing. You’ll need

• 2+ years investment banking, corporate banking or corporate development/M&A experience
• Bachelor's in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Transaction document preparation (term sheets, offering memoranda)
• Investor marketing and client relationship work
• Sports industry experience preferred
