• Bachelor's in chemical or biological science, clinical lab science, or medical technology
• 1+ year clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degree
• 1+ year as medical lab technologist generalist (hematology, coagulation, urinalysis)
• 1+ year blood bank experience
