What you’d do

Provide primary care to a patient panel, handling acute, chronic, and well visits in office, at testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth. You’ll need

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing
