Leads program management for six or more preclinical functional sub teams, coordinating milestones, budgets, resources and risks across assets from early development through IND/CTA and first-in-human readiness. You’ll need

• 6+ years applicable experience with Bachelor's, or 4+ with Master's, or 2+ with PharmD/PhD
• Working knowledge of drug discovery and development
• Experience with IND/CTA readiness and FIH development
• Cross-functional program management across preclinical functions
