What you’d do

Monitor and operate building systems via BMS, inspect and maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and pumps. Duties include equipment rounds, logging data, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating contractors. Requires emergency response availability and flexibility to work various shifts. You’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stationary Engineer License (Class 1, 2, or 3)
• 3+ years operating commercial building mechanical systems
