What you’d do

Provide physical therapy in patients' homes, evaluating and treating neurologic, orthopedic and medical conditions and teaching patients and caregivers self-management. You’ll need

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program (BS, Master's, or DPT)
• Current NYS PT license and registration
• 1 year PT experience
• Weekend rotation every 6 weeks and one holiday per year
• Home care experience preferred
