• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
• Recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• MBA advantageous
• 6+ years progressive FP&A, finance or accounting experience
• Experience leading or coordinating teams
