You’ll need

• Current Rhode Island nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Acute and post-acute care experience (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy)
• Strong head-to-toe assessment skills
• Ability to triage urgent situations independently in the home
