Designs and delivers in-person and virtual training for CDBG-DR grantees on housing, infrastructure, mitigation, and federal grant compliance. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in learning/development, education, public policy, or related
• 8+ years working with CDBG-DR or HUD programs
• Training design and delivery experience
• Facilitation of in-person and virtual sessions
• Knowledge of federal grant compliance
