What you’d do

Manage construction projects for new builds and capital projects, including scope, quality, schedule, and budget. Interface with general contractors through bidding, award, execution, and closeout, and review electrical and mechanical designs for data centers. Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Enginee
• 5 years of experience in construction project management or related occupation
• 3 years of data center project management experience
• Experience with construction document management (submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoicing)
• Experience with constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs
