Patient Safety Assistant - Day

What you’d do

Observe and interact with confused, violent, combative, or suicidal patients to prevent injury, staying in the room except for breaks and sometimes monitoring multiple patients by video. Assist with basic patient care and alert nursing staff when intervention is needed. Day shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, minimum 2 shifts (16 hours) per week with flexible self-scheduling.
