What you’d do

Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to home health clients as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll need

• Current nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Acute and post-acute care experience
• Wound care and IV therapy skills
• Independent triage in home setting
