Oversee technician qualification, qualified electrical worker training, LOTO, CPR, emergency procedure drills, site audits, and incident lessons learned, and lead a team of technical training professionals. You’ll need

• 8+ years in technical training, critical operations, or operational excellence
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Experience developing talent and setting functional priorities
• Experience developing and leading technical programs
