Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to early stage delinquent customers to resolve loan delinquencies and reduce losses. You’ll need

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year Collections or Customer Service Experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
