Patient Account Representative - A/R Follow Up Team

What you’d do

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients and insurance companies to resolve patient accounts, verifying eligibility and addressing co-pays, deductibles, denials, and coordination of benefits. Full time, Monday through Friday, eight-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM CT in the San Antonio office, with possible hybrid work after training. • On-site in San Antonio, TX initially
