What you’d do

Lead quality development and confirmation of new model plastic shop injection mold and equipment processes, including hands-on trial support, robot teaching, and installation activities, to meet KPIs before hand-over to North American Manufacturing Centers. You’ll need

• New model launch experience in automotive manufacturing
• ECI implementation on plastics molds
• IMM/TIM molding equipment or injection molding/tooling experience
• Soft IP processes and equipment experience (slush, monofoam, flame machine, trim, air bag cut)
• Robot teaching
