What you’d do

Own end-to-end reliability qualification for Silicon One ASICs, from silicon bring-up through production qualification, validating new silicon designs, advanced packaging, and foundry processes. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in EE, materials science, microelectronics, physics, or related
• 3+ years in semiconductor product reliability or failure analysis
• Semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, and test process experience
• Reliability test plan execution
