• 10+ years in product engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering, or product management
• Technical understanding of electrical distribution, switchboards, and/or data center market
• UL 891 Low Voltage Switchboards experience
• Product roadmap and lifecycle management
• Cross-functional leadership and PRD ownership
