What you’d do

Provide skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes, developing individualized care plans and adjusting them as needs change. • Minimum 1 year OT experience in acute setting
• Occupational therapy license
• Home care experience desired
• Patient and family communication skills
• Knowledge of therapy best practices
