What you’d do

Lead a legal team supporting private credit transactions, distressed debt and special situations for the High Income and Alternatives Divisions. You’ll need

• J.D
• 10–12 years as a transactional attorney
• Management experience leading attorneys
• Large finance and private credit transaction experience
