Sr. Silicon Photonics Design Engineer (RFIC Engineering)

What you’d do

Design, simulate, and characterize silicon photonics building blocks such as modulators, photodiodes, waveguides, and couplers, plus package optical interfaces. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
• 5+ years of photonics or electro-optical IC design
• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or applied physics
• Silicon photonics and InGaAs/InP platform experience
• RF, analog, and mixed signal circuit familiarity
