• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Current, active pharmacist licensure (Pharm.D., RPh) in state of practice
• Knowledge of sterile IV admixture and USP 797/800 guidelines
• 1-2 years clinical pharmacy experience in home care, hospital, or infusion setting
