• BA/BS in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent facilities experience
• 6+ years technical experience in building engineering
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair and maintenance background
• Knowledge of building systems design and operation
• Experience with CMMS preventive maintenance scheduling
