What you’d do

Hands-on role implementing continuous improvement on the production floor: building modular workstations, applying 5S floor tape and labels, installing visual management aids, and clearing waste so operators work safely. • 1+ years in general labor, manufacturing assembly, warehouse, or basic carpentry/mechanical setup
• Confident with hand and power tools (cordless drills, tape measures, wrenches, levels, small saws)
