You’ll need

• Journeyman Carpenter license/certificate if required by state, city or county
• Minimum 2 years as a Foreman carpenter or similar role
• Journeyman-level rough and finish carpentry skills
• Ability to read project plans and blueprints
• Crew scheduling and task assignment experience
