What you’d do

Provide primary care to a patient panel, handling acute, chronic, and well visits in office, at testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth. • Completed or enrolled in accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+)
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing
