What you’d do

Coordinate care for OhioRISE members as a field-based teleworker covering Western Ohio, traveling to member homes and other locations up to 50% or more of the time. • Must reside in West Region Ohio counties
• 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, or human services
• 2+ years with PCs, multi-system navigation, MS Office
• Travel up to 50%+ within Western Ohio
