• Currently enrolled in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering bachelor's program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Mechanical aptitude and desire for hands-on work
