Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on evaluation results, providing direct patient care and documenting progress. • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 2 years clinical experience or completion of an accredited residency program
• Physical therapy license
• Patient evaluation and treatment planning skills
