Advise managers and HR partners on employee relations issues such as performance management, discipline, leave and accommodations, and separations. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in HR, business administration, or related field
• 7+ years progressive HR experience
• Significant employee relations experience
• Complex workplace investigations experience
