You’ll need

• Associate's in chemical or biological science, histology, clinical lab science, or medical technolog
• 3+ years as a histotechnologist/histotechnician
• Histology and/or ASCP certification
• Supervisory and staff scheduling skills
• Knowledge of state and federal lab regulations
