You’ll need

• Previous hospital or Emergency Department financial counseling experience
• Experience with self-pay accounts, Medicaid eligibility, financial assistance, charity care, payment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Full-time 40 hours per week with afternoon/evening shifts
