What you’d do

The Clinical Liaison builds referral relationships and coordinates patient intake for the acute rehab unit, performing clinical assessments on-site at referring facilities and communicating options to patients and families. You’ll need

• Clinical Licensure as RN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous clinical experience with clinical assessment and EMR
• Valid driver's license
• Full time, 80% travel in assigned territory
