What you’d do

Schedule patient appointments, register patients, and verify eligibility and benefits so patients are financially cleared before their visit. You’ll need

• 3 years healthcare, call center, or customer service experience
• Or completion of Houston Methodist Call Center Apprenticeship
• Knowledge of healthcare setting
• Medical terminology
