You’ll need

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection engineering, construction management or related,
• 5+ years construction experience managing MEP trades
• General contractor experience preferred
• MEP trade coordination and 3D coordination meetings
• Knowledge of MCA labor rates and NECA factors
