What you’d do

Support the Talent Management team in building core talent programs, including job architecture, performance management, and their systems. Work includes building a job profile library, configuring and testing Workday, drafting manager toolkits and FAQs, and tracking review cycles. Contract role. • Experience with job architecture, competency frameworks, or job profile management
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
