What you’d do

Develop high-speed IC packages for semiconductors at 448 Gb/s and beyond, covering electrical design, modeling, and signal and power integrity. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in CS, EE, or related field
• 5-8 years related experience (or Master's/PhD with 1-3 years)
• Strong fundamentals in EM, transmission lines, microwave theory
• Signal and power integrity experience
• IC package development and modeling
