What you’d do

Lead planning and execution of in-house manufacturing and assembly for autonomous surface vessels, owning build schedules, staffing, capacity planning, and quality and safety standards on the shop floor. You’ll need

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or maritime production
• Familiarity with low-rate initial production (LRIP) or hardware startup manufacturing
• Background with MES, ERP, or digital manufacturing tools
• Knowledge of IPC standards or military build documentation
• Production leadership experience
