You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equi
• 7-10 years in central utility plant operations, facilities management, or critical infrastructure
• Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and HVAC systems
• Preventive and predictive maintenance program experience
• Knowledge of environmental, safety, and operational regulations
