What you’d do

Supports hotel real estate transactions by entering P&L data into valuation models, building pro forma projections, and completing preliminary valuations using DCF, income capitalization, and leveraged IRR. You’ll need

• BA/BS in Business Finance, Hotel Administration, and/or Real Estate Finance
• Financial modeling and valuation skills
