You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
• 5+ years industry experience in K-12, higher education, or corporate facilities
• Knowledge of facility management services and building systems
• Knowledge of real estate and accounting
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and CMMS documentation
