What you’d do

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, process quotes and orders for Account Managers, and provide technical support and outbound sales calls. You’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of inside sales, retail, or related experience
• Strong customer-service and sales skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools
• HVAC or mechanical background preferred
