What you’d do

Section, stain and mount tissue specimens for microscopic examination by a pathologist, and assist with examinations and subsequent preparations. Full time, mid shift; duties include quality control, quality assurance, maintenance, troubleshooting, and possibly clerical tasks and specimen collection. You’ll need

• Completion of NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program
• ASCP certification or program completed within last five years
• Associate degree including 12 hours (if not ASCP certified)
