What you’d do

Resolve complex escalated technical support cases for HP DesignJet large-format printers, covering hardware, firmware, software, drivers, networking, and print workflows. Act as an escalation resource for frontline teams, partners, and customers, and work with product and engineering teams on deeper investigations. Full time. You’ll need

• 5+ years technical support or field service experience
• Experience with HP DesignJet or comparable large-format printing systems
• Knowledge of printer hardware, firmware, software, and drivers
• Networking and print workflow troubleshooting
• Diagnosing complex cross-domain technical issues
