What you’d do

Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus general interior maintenance like hanging pictures, moving furniture, replacing lighting, and cleaning HVAC coils. • 1-3 years building repair and maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing and basic electrical skills
• Licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction
