Maintain and enhance Microsoft Copilot, conversational agent, and self-service tools for Jefferson employees, HR Operations, and Contact Center teams. Develop Dynamics 365 HR case management workflows, routing, automation, and enterprise integrations with Workday, SharePoint, Teams, and Genesys. Full time. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or HS diploma/GED with 10 years exper
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and custom development

• Experience with enterprise integrations (Workday, SharePoint, Teams, Genesys)
• Full-time schedule
