You’ll need

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Available 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks between May and August
• Data analysis and statistical skills
• Ability to communicate with operations leadership
• Focus on safety, sustainability, and employee engagement
