What you’d do

Supervises production staff on 2nd shift in a weld shop making ultra high purity weldments, prioritizing schedules by manpower, equipment and materials. You’ll need

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing production
• KPI tracking: weld defect rates, FTT yield, cleanroom utilization
• Knowledge of ultra high purity weldment manufacturing processes
• 2nd shift availability
